Really good sized room with two double beds and an immaculate wet room bathroom. Immaculate all round. Had a washing machine and fridge and cooking facilities and a balcony. For the money I couldn’t find fault

Check-in is the DIY type, without a real person in a place in the building. Fortunately we had our kids with us. If we had problems checking in, there was no phone# even to call for help.
Other than that hot water shower is hard to figure it out. It took my son a while before we got hot water.

Amazing hotel. Categorized as 3-star but lives up to 5-star reputation. Brand new. Elegant Japanese design. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent service. Just across from the ferry port that takes you to Miyajima island. Might be a bit far from central Hiroshima, but its advantages outweigh this single disadvantage. Very much recommend!
