There are places like Gotembakan that are cheaper but are worse than a motel 6. Hotel Route Inn is everything people rave about Japanese hotels. And I survived the earthquake there from the 14th floor.

Hotel room was a little dated, however, it was definitely very clean. Breakfast was great, but I wish they could’ve changed up the menu daily. The shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes), train station and Aeon Mall was a definite plus and very convenient. Just to let you know Aeon Mall also has a huge grocery store that basically has everything you’ll probably need and more. Shuttle to and from airport and mall is a huge plus. Also has a small store inside hotel that is privately ran / not a hotel store. Rooms was perfect for my needs

I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

Rooms have lots of space, breakfast has variety and onsen is great after a long day of exploring the city

The property was close to the JR train line so it made for easy transit to Disneyland. They even had a free shuttle to the train station in the early morning. Also there were paid limousine bus transfers to Hanada and Narita airports. Wonderful views and the Onsen was great

The hotel itself is very old, needs some refurbishment, but they still keep it very clean. I like our beds were being made every day, we felt very comfortable and relaxed when we returned to our room to see the clean beds after long walks.

Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. I traveled with a family of four, and the quality and high tech feature of the room met all of our needs. There are sensored lights, toilet seats that open and closes automatically and self flush, separated doors between the room space, etc. I travel a lot and this was by far my favorite hotel due to its quality and walking access to the train statoon, restaurants/bars, entertainment, shops/grocery store.
