「Excellent moment passé. Nous aimerions rester plus d’une nuit. Logement très propre et fonctionnel, énorme coup de cœur pour le lieu des animaux son terrain de jeu on retrouve son âme d’enfant. L’autoroute est certes proche mais le cadre l’a fait vite oublier. Restaurant délicieux, nuitée au top!」

「早くに着いたので荷物を預かってもらうつもりが15分で用意できるし共用スペースでコーヒーでもと温かく対応してもらいました。エレベーター前に小上がりの階段があって大きな荷物を受付の女性に手伝ってもらえ助かりました。部屋には避難用の地図もあり安心でした。歯ブラシなどはついてません。イタリア語での会話も楽しかったです。」

「ホテルの対応が大変素晴らしかった。そう感じた理由は以下の2点です。（１）チェックインがフライトの関係で深夜の0時ごろになりました。事前に相談したところ、通常の深夜チェックインの場合、パスポートの読み込みを機械でその場でやる必要があると言われました。これはリスクが高いと判断し、事前にパスポートなどの情報をメールにて連絡し、当日の朝、ホテルの扉を開けるpass wordと部屋番号、部屋に入るためのpass wordを事前に教えていただきました。（２）部屋の貴重品を入れるSafety Boxが使えなかったので夜連絡を取ると、直ぐに部屋にスタッフがきて使えるように対応してくれました。 また、ホテルはトリエステ中央駅から程近く、大変便利なロケーションにありました。」

「朝食には温野菜もあります。特別に豪華というわけではないですが、安全で快適な滞在が楽しめます。フロントも親切で、日本人だとわかると日本語で挨拶をしてくれます。」
