"We had a large group and everyone enjoyed the house. It was well appointed and clean. The only downfalls which are minor are that some of the beds were very hard. The poor review for the manager was because I called them twice to report a leak under the house and would never get a call back. I would stay there again."

"Quaint little cottage on beautiful property, with shared pool and right across road from Guadalupe River. Loved the wallpapers and carved wooden furniture. Was great to have a comfy holiday home where our dog was welcome. In the mornings we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch with lovely view of nature, or down in the dry creek, before the heat of the day got to us. Check-in was very simple, and we lacked nothing during the stay."

"We absolutely loved the cabin. We were worried about space with 6 of us but it was fine. Having 1 restroom was also a concern but we made it work. The facility is spotless and the worker crew is polite. We had a plumbing issue and they came out immediately and fixed it for us. Service was amazing. Being able to go straight down to the river was fun for the kids as well. We will definitely come back to stay here again."

"This was a great place for my husband and I to stay when we wanted to explore the Hill Country on our motorcycle. Very clean and well stocked. They thought of everything. Fresh eggs and pork sausage, corn on the cob, watermelon, fruit, veggies for the grill, drinks, coffee, you name it!!! Absolutely loved sitting on the patio in the early morning and evening watching the deer in the back yard. Cool vintage memorabilia for decoration that makes it feel so homey. WE WILL BE BACK!!!"
