This 1 bedroom, 1 bath rental is the upper level of the Riverview House. It has two balconies (front faces the Guadalupe River and the rear is a great place to watch deer and other wildlife roam the property. It has a large living room with lots of seating and Roku TV, and stocked kitchen and dining area. The lower and upper units are not connected from the inside - totally separate, each with their own private entrance and parking area.

Casa Blanca is located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River, on 11 acres with multiple rentals of various sizes. Guests have access to our private 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront and spacious lawn area - only 150 feet away across the road. River is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long. Recreational equipment include a few kayaks and life vests. Don't forget to bring your tubes for lazy floating!
