"The property was very clean and updated nicely. It was stocked with everything you need except an icemaker or trays for ice. HWY 25 was busy with semis hauling corn as it was harvest season, but wasn't noticeable when inside. Overall, a very nice place and far better than a hotel."

"I am literally sitting in the area where we park writing this because I am absolutely amazed with my stay! The host had thought of things that I would’ve never thought of such as make up wipes for people who need them. Everything was so clean that the sheets were very soft and the fact that it had a bathtub after throwing darts all day was an absolute plus. I was up for Pink state in Brookings and every place was either booked or very expensive. Arlington is only 19 miles from Brookings and I would absolutely stay here again next year. It did take me a little bit to find the entrance because it is around back of the building. Other than that I really had absolutely no issues!"

"We enjoyed the hot tub, and we always love when breakfast includes waffles which were offered here. The manager (owner?) was very kind. He helped us with our luggage and made sure we were happy with our room before finalizing our check-in. He also kept an eye out for our boat which he allowed us to park on the premises. Our accommodations were comfortable. The mattresses are on the hard side, but we actually prefer a hard mattress as opposed to an overly soft one. We will stay again if in the area."

"Super conveniently located apartment in a historic building. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. We were very grateful for the A/C I’m the 95-degree weather. Plenty of room to spread out, and a good homebase for our Laura Ingalls Wilder weekend."
