We enjoyed the hot tub, and we always love when breakfast includes waffles which were offered here. The manager (owner?) was very kind. He helped us with our luggage and made sure we were happy with our room before finalizing our check-in. He also kept an eye out for our boat which he allowed us to park on the premises. Our accommodations were comfortable. The mattresses are on the hard side, but we actually prefer a hard mattress as opposed to an overly soft one. We will stay again if in the area.

Our room was clear and the clerk who checked us in was friendly and accommodating. He even offered us fresh peaches from a box donated by a local farmer. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked fine - eggs, fresh made waffles, etc. From the outside the motel looks a bit neglected but inside everything was fine.

The room was clean and well maintained. And the layout of our room this time was rather unique. The pool and hot tub were another issue. The pool was not even luke warm and the hot tub, was not. Also, the pool bottom looked like it was stained looking like it had algae in it. Although the pool was not to our liking, we are returning guests. This is our 2nd visit and we plan on returning. We definitely do recommend this property.

The room looked clean but there was a stong smell of marijuana as soon as we walked down the hall and opened the door to the room. It was so strong I could not stay with our minor child. The bedding looked clean but the carpet felt sticky. In the pool, the water looked green and the bottom of the pool looked like either algea or the paint was peeling off the bottom and stairs. The front desk was very kind.

The room was clean, but the public areas (stairs, breakfast areas) needed vacuuming etc. The hotel seemed quite run down, all the furniture was very dated, stained etc. Breakfast was poorly stocked, low quality and the coffee machine didn't work.

It worked for our one-night stay in town. The public spaces were very warm and muggy when we arrived, and the rooms didn't have the AC turned on, so it took a few hours for the rooms to cool down. The beds were clean and the bathrooms were dated but decently clean, however the rest of the rooms weren't cleaned very thoroughly, and the old carpet highlighted this. It has little lodging competition in the town, but I would have appreciated a higher level of maintenance. Staff was mostly 1 person, but he was kind. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Easy check-in. Room was clean, comfortable and beds comfortable. It was so quiet— we slept through breakfast!! Older hotel— but well maintained. We have been on the road for 10 days— all at name brand hotels— this hotel doesn’t offer warm cookies and a fireplace in the lobby— but also it is only half the price!! Nothing fancy— but clean with nice staff!
