「Clean room」

「The was clean and the mattress was excellent. The bathroom had some type of black residue on top of counter but staff came immediately to clean. Two things that I did not like,No one came to service room the next day or asked if clean towels were needed and when checking in I was told that I would have put down a $100.00 deposit that I was not aware of. We checked out at 3:00 am in the morning and did receive the deposit back. Take pictures before you unpack also when viewing the room it show...

「Not kept updated. Wouldn’t stay again.」

「I must have had a newer room during my last stay, because the room I was in did show some wear and tear. The day I tried to use the ironing board, it fell apart on me. I called the front desk and reported it and maintenance brought a replacement right away. Also, I stayed four nights and chose not to have my room cleaned until the third day. When I did request the room to be cleaned it was not; they said they were down two housekeepers so it was not done. So, I just asked for extra towels.」

「Not very clean and most of the outlets didn't work. No blankets on the bed, only sheets. The bed was comfortable, but the room needs a renovation.」

「It's waaaaaaay old and all facilities are dirty. The show tap was broken and the floor was dust all over. 」
