「Great location for what was needed. Walls are not insulated. My neighbor appeared to be on honeymoon. Learned more than I ever wanted to know. Poor lighting in the loft. Ceiling fans in bedrooms did not work. Air was loud unable to utilize fan at night. Room was dirty— under bed was bad and sandy grit in shower. Floor was dirty. Towels had a sour smell— too much Gain. Coffee bar poorly stocked. No sugar any morning. Insane policy to charge 20.00 an hour to come early if room is already ready....

If you are traveling with multiple families this would be an amazing place to stay and really take advantage of how great unique this property is. 」

「I only stayed briefly but everything was excellent. Clean, well decorated & furnished, excellent communication from hosts. My only warning would be the surroundings and the parking lot could be perceived as unsafe - nothing outrageous but some rowdy folks in the evening, dark parking lot. If you're sensitive about the sort of thing you might want to be careful.」

The location was very convenient … a short walk to so many places in this little town, such as the local coffee shop, grocery store and restaurants. Just wished I would have brought my mtb bike because there are so many trails in West Michigan, even in Berrien Springs. Will definitely return.」

「Unit 1 can potentially sleep 6 people. We had an adult couple & 3 teens & it was a little small for sleeping, but it was adequate. The bed in the loft can possibly sleep 2 people, if they are children. The loft also gets a little warm compared to the lower part of the cabin. We used the cabin only for sleeping, changing, bathroom. We did not cook there but the cabin has enough utensils, etc for having meals. Refrigerator/freezer was adequate. Love the location - access to Little Crooked...
