Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club. This vacation rental complex is one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach front complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. The covered parking spot is 20 yards from the front door so easy loading and unloading. On the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully stocked with the necessities. All linens and towels are provided including beach towels! Now, into the living room and the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has bunk beds, whereas the bottom bunk bed is a full size bed, and the TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.

Beautiful Vacation!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The beach was amazing! The location is perfect, located between Melbourne and coco beach. Very quiet and private. The best experience. We were in Melbourne for a soccer tournament, so this was the perfect location and we made it a little family vacation. We hated to leave, the view from the balcony was awesome! Master bath is huge, guest bath is perfect size as well as the bedrooms and kitchen. We can't wait to go back.

Great experience all around

The entire process from check in to check out was simple and easy. The condo was very clean upon arrival and was well stocked with almost everything your family needed for a beach vacation. Location was great as well with most restaurants and grocery stores a short distance away. Views from the balcony were incredible and the beach was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious & beautiful beach stay

This condo is perfect. More than enough room for the 2 of us! Beautiful beach front views. I loved seeing the ocean from bed even. We are grateful to the staff who helped us out when we needed to book same day due to a mandatory evacuation of our first rental. Thank you! Book this pristine condo and I promise you will be comfortable and so glad you did. And remember, after 9 is turtle time!

Clean condo, quiet location

This is one of the nicest condo units I have stayed in - in the past 10 years. The owners provided everything you could possibly need inside (paper towels, dish soap, plenty of dishes, 2 coffee makers, etc.). The master bed was surprisingly very comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds. I was surprised at how quiet the beach was during our stay. We normally vacation on the Gulf coast and deal with crowded beaches. My only complaint, and this has nothing to do with the condo itself, was the amount of large rocks right at the waters edge. You had to be very careful getting in and out of the water. This is something I never experienced before. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay!

The property was beautiful and well kept. The management staff was responsive and helpful. The condo looked like it was professionally decorated and comfortable too! I would stay here again and every time I am in Melbourne.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice and quiet beach. Like the shade panels on the patio to block the strong morning sun. Bring or purchase shampoos; Coast deodorant soap provided and hand soap in kitchen. Plenty of towels and beach towels. There are at least 4 boogie boards, sand toys, foam noodle, beach cooler bag, beach chairs, and two sun umbrellas. Four rolls of toilet paper, plenty of trash bags and dishwasher soap also supplied. Watch dolphins from the lanai. Nice to have a drying rack for suits on the lanai.

Relaxing getaway

Our family absolutely loved this property. Location was secluded, yet close enough to shops and restaurants. Big plus: super comfy master bed, plenty of linens, well stocked kitchen too. Absolutely looking forward to staying here again in the future!
