「This Condo is a gem in Incline Village, close to the community center, grocery and very restaurants. There is a stream run through the community and a fun path along the stream. Close to nature but not isolated.
Condo is clean and the Deco is good. Matched with the environment. Kitchen and Bath is updated. Well equipped! We had a relaxing time! Would love to come back.」

「Amazing view of the lake from the deck. Complex is in the hills. The unit is spacious, dated but comfortable. There was no coffee so we had to drive down to town in the morning. Geeke was communicative and helpful and check-in was easy. 」

「My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this gem of a house. The beds were super comfortable, the place was super clean, well stocked and comfortable. The added charm of a babbling brook in the backyard was a bonus. If you are a light sleeper please note that Country Club Drive can be busy and cars driving down this road can be loud at night. It’s a good location for those who want to hike at Mt Rose or go downtown to Incline Village. Also appreciated the Devo reference ;)」

「Overall it was a good place. We think that it probably wouldn’t take too much money or time to do some small fixes and updates to make it a little more cozy. We looked past a lot of things and had the best time. Although the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, baked on food from the dishwasher. Although we most likely won’t rent this house again we most definitely will be back enjoying another home.」
