"Outside of the property is in real need of maintenance. The entry was dark and the keyless entry was temperamental. The property manager had not given us a phone contact number so it was a rough start. Downstairs was well furnished. The location on the golf course is beautiful. HOWEVER - this was the first vacation rental I’ve EVER had to empty the clothes dryer and dishwasher from the previous guests before we could use them!! I would have vacuumed the main bedroom if there was one....

"Returning stay for us in this gorgeous and well designed home with views and upscale amenities. We love the open floor plan on the top level with amazing views of the lake and mountains. The hot tub and sauna with inspiring views and mountain layout are truly amazing. Host easy to connect with and everything functions and is well maintained."

"This property is in a great location near Kings Beach area. The accommdations were nice and spacious for our group. Nice pool and nearby amenities. Host was very responsive to my questions and has great recommendations on things to do and see. We didn't get a chance to do them but definitely can't wait to come back and visit more."

"This was an amazing site. Very clean and a short walk to many eateries. The property manager was very communicative and friendly. My family and I were extremely comfortable and happy. But make sure not to get makeup on the towels, the cleaning lady doesn’t like that. "
