Duplex in the mountains.

This house worked great for our gathering place for 6 adults in the mountains. The mattresses were very comfortable and the reclining theater sofa was a great asset for enjoying an evening movie. Value oriented property and location close drive to Incline town/lake. It worked for our group.

Great little condo! As advertised and did not disappoint. Close to everything and plenty of parking. The owner even let us check in early as the house was open on check in day. Great communication all the way from check in through check out. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Tahoe base to play- great value.

The property offers three bedrooms with an individual bathroom for each room. The property sits on the Mountain Golf Course and offers the joys of the woods as well as golf a short walk away.

Very conveniently located to our wedding venue at the Hyatt Regency

Comfortable house with great amenities.....reclining sofa, huge TVs in all rooms, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and lotion, a nice workable kitchen, ...even a foot massager! There were 5 of us and we never felt that we were living on top of each other.

Great location

The home was clean and in very close proximity to Diamond Peak which is why we chose to stay here. The only issue is that the downstairs bedrooms are too cold to sleep in despite the heat being on. The downstairs area doesn’t warm up unfortunately. So be prepared to wear lots of layers when sleeping downstairs. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Family Vacation

My husband, adult children and two dogs stayed at this property. We decided that this home is well thought out. The entrance is steps away and level from the main parking spot. The home is clean and well-appointed. The house is located near the end of the cul-de-sac. It is located up against the golf course where we attended a wedding and one of our party played the course. I would strongly recommend this place and host.

perfect house for four people

Very, very nice! Diana had the house decorated with Christmas things and was beautiful. Lots of extras in the kitchen. We couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace on, and they came and showed us how to work. Really helpful and made our stay wonderful. Nice to have 3 full very nice bathrooms. Beds very comfortable, close to town. We would rent again!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to where you want to go. A lot of space. No AC so the room upstairs is hot during the summer heat. Most units in Incline don't have AC so if you put that aside, it's a decent stay.

To many stairs

You can’t get anywhere in this condo without climbing stairs. Bathrooms are very small. Kitchen isn’t very well stocked. Could be cleaner. At least the beds were comfortable. Location was nice.

Lovely family New Year’s getaway

My cousins, sister, and daughter and I had a great time at this lovely condo. The layout and size worked well for our family, and we made really good use of the kitchen, which was pretty well stocked. Unfortunately the fireplace didn’t work while we were there and likely no one could come to fix given the holiday. The local bears did get into the bear box after our first night even though it was securely closed so we had to clean up after the prior renters, but that’s part of us humans intruding on their forest! The location was perfect, just down the street from a large grocery store and ski resorts. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Ski Trip With Friends

My girlfriend, friend couple, and I absolutely loved our stay here. Diana was super communicative and we had 0 issues with check-in, our stay, and check-out! Our trip was during the end of February for a ski trip, and the upkeep of the streets of the neighborhood and incline village was superb! Diana’s place was the epitome of coziness when getting home from a full day of skiing. The gas fireplace made the living room so comfortable to relax and unwind the evening away. We loved the layout and use of a fully stocked kitchen for dinners and conversation over the landing with friends relaxing in the living room. Will definitely look to stay here again with any future trips to the area! Thank you, Diana!!

Beautiful stay for wedding

This place was beautiful and perfect for our party and a life saver. A lot of family were gathering for my niece’s wedding. Because it was a holiday weekend, we had 2 dogs, and had 7 people I booked something months earlier. Then 3 days before we were to come that booking was cancelled because of a maintenance issue. I franctically started looking for something new. I found this place and the host was so quick to respond to all of my questions about dogs, parking, etc. that I was able to book it and that stress went away for the wedding. The house was clean, beautiful views, beds were comfortable, spacious living area, plenty of blankets and towels for all of us. The instructions for check in and check out were extremely clear. Neighborhood was quiet. I wish I had time to walk through it but wedding has us going most of the time. She made the transition to a new place smoothly and even left a congratulatory bottle of wine just as a beautiful gesture. I would definitely stay at this place time and time again. Oh - and the foot massager was used with much appreciation after each long day.

Perfect location!

The perfect Incline Village home base for 3 couples going to the Shakespeare Festival in Sand Harbor, hiking the local trails and enjoying the beaches. Very comfortable condo.
