"Excellent location, pleasant lobby, helpful staff and clean well-maintained rooms — but the rooms are very small. There’s barely space for belongings, and our double bed was against one wall so hard to get in or out. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Nice Italian restaurant too. "

"Hotel is a short 5 minutes walk from the train station and property looks pretty new. The room is quite roomy compared to alot of other hotels I’ve stayed in Japan; even after I have opened my small and mid-sized luggage, there’s still room to walk around. Bed was comfy and they provided a firm and a soft pillow for your preference 👍 and there’s a Lawson just across the road. Convenient! would stay here again if I ever come back to Himeji "

Everything was well-maintained, tidy, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. The housekeeping was done carefully, and the overall environment felt fresh and welcoming. The staff were also very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Even with some language differences, they tried their best to assist us and made the check-in and check-out process smooth. Their friendly attitude really added to the overall experience."
