「We were extremely pleased with our stay at Pura Sanda Villa. We were a party of five adults (mostly women) and two young kids and we stayed for 4 nights. Our hosts were friendly, loving, attentive and respectful. The matron/owner Dissanayaka cooked breakfast and dinner at our request (for which we paid separately) and her dinner curries were the best we ate in Sri Lanka. 「We weren't happy with our accommodation at first but after we expressed our disappointment to the Manager, he was very accommodating and offered us another room. Throughout our stay, his service and the staff has been very accommodating. The environment of the hotel was comfortable and the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious too. The only downside is how outdated the rooms and facilities were. If only the owner and upper management would upgrade, I would go back to stay...

「Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more...

「The resort is set back from a busy road in a fabulous nature setting. Beware that 20 out of the 26 "rooms" are tents and only 6 are solid built cottages. If you want a glamping style close to nature experience then the tents are fabulous. If you want to have more privacy go for the cottages, which are very large and beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful. As we were few people breakfast and dinner options were limited but very tasty. Excellent option for a luxury stay in thw dambulla triangle.」

「Wow. Luxurious property with the friendliest staff. The food was everything was picked from their farm. So fresh, generous portions, and organic! Our stay was simply amazing. We stayed in both the Floating Villa, and then the Bankee Chalet. Highly reccomend. Everyone in that visits Sri Lanka should come here.」
