We booked and paid extra for 1 child with 2 adults. We booked a King bed. What we got was no pull out bed for our child and two single beds jammed together disguised as a King bed. The beds equated to roughly 185cm by 172cm which is well short of Australian standards of what a king bed is. We paid an extra $70-$80 for our child to stay with us. With no pull out bed, she was left to sleep on the couch and eventually moved to the floor which was uncomfortable. No bed sheets or extra towel was given until we complained. Was told additional $40 for another bed. Completely unacceptable. Being a platinum Expedia member, have stayed at so many hotels and apartments across Australia and throughout the world with my child and there was always apull out bed and sheets and towels provided. Very disappointing, we didnt get what we paid for or what was advertised. Hardly worth the $325 per night price tag. Far better options available.

"Location of the property was what I liked the most. The room was very clean and have all what you need for a 2 nights stay. The only down point was a bit noisy at night from people at the street, we could hear them even at the 8 floor."
