"Courteous staff member able to check us in very late after a concert which was very nice. Very spacious room with lots of activities if needed, a shame we only went there to rest our heads in Kobe! Place seems like a blast!"

Great rooms with closet and Japanese style bathroom. Availability of laundry machines shown on TV channel. Great breakfast buffet. Japanese garden on 9th floor. Very responsive front desk.
Great hotel for bad weather - you never need to go outside. Giant quality restaurant food hall on 8th floor. The mall / Yodobashi on floors B1 thru 8 can be accessed by escalator from the lobby, and there is a secret door that directly connects the hotel B1 elevator lobby to the grocery store in the mall,...

This is a beautiful property and a great spot for Arashiyama! Within walking distance to a lot of the main sights but still off the beaten track. Very cute and well designed. Most of the other guests were incredibly respectful and friendly, the host was phenomenal. Also, highly recommend an early start for the bamboo groves, parks and...

Stayed four nights at Mitsuwaya Hostel, great facilities, nice staff, cool people and the school across the street provided the best soundtrack for early mornings. Will be staying here again!

Had a very good stay at Feel Osaka Yu. Kaz is an amazing host. Any questions I had about the area or Osaka in general, Kaz was able to answer. The overall experience at Feel Osaka Yu was great. When I go back to Osaka I will once again stay at Feel Osaka Yu.
