Try to contact staff but reply was poor and non-sense, they want us to try technical electric solutions by our self - after 2 replies at 10pm they ghosted and re-appear after 10am the next to try to solve - but we already check out - worst customer service experience"

"Beautiful large apartment in a quiet side street near Plaza de Espana. The location is great as it is just a few steps away from a metro station. Also, the street has lots of great restaurants ("El Rey de los Tacos" is just 2 doors down and is fantastic!), there's a pharmacy just across the street and a supermarket about 2 blocks away.
