"We arrived on a hot day in May but the hotel refused to turn on the air conditioner as it was still getting cool at night. They had no fans either. They told us to open our "window". Except we had a balcony so the first night we opened our door (didn't feel very safe doing so) and were eaten up by mosquitos and the birds woke us at 6am. "The location is very convinient, walkable to all the touristy area, A bit pricey but I guess its tourist season. Parking was also bit expensive for the night but it's unlimited entry and exit, reserve stall is nice no need to worry about looking for an empty stall. Room is small for 2 people but thats how it is in old town I guess, however its a bit noisy you can hear bagging from room upstair and also at the corridor. Bed is firm for me but I slept ok. Good thing it was only for one night."

"Our room was nice and the location of the hotel was great! Close to the town and we walked from the train station taking about 15 minutes. Also the hotel has a nice view of Toledo! We did have a sewer type smell coming from our bathroom, however, that we thought would dissipate but it didn't unfortunately. Not sure if other rooms had the same situation. "Thin walls between rooms Had a lamp which was faulty, twice had to request bulb be changed , finally lamp was replaced. Also, wall outlet nearest bed was not functioning. Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days ."
