"Challenging to check in with a virtual person. I chose this place based on convenience to the train station and within walking distance of Toledo. After I managed to access the property, it served its purpose. Which was mostly its convenience to the train station."

"This is a delightful hotel. It is in a great location in the old town. It's close to attractions, but tucked far enough back from the main square that it's quiet at night. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. We'll definitely stay there if we are ever in Toledo again."

Spacious room, clean as a whistle, comfortable bed, innovative check-in system; responsive/proactive staff communicating instructions beforehand. Right in the middle of the city and conveniently located near to an underground parking place. Faultless!"
