This was possibly my favorite stay on our whole trip. Beautiful, inviting property that was tastefully renovated; our room had a wonderful view and was immaculate; staff were wonderful. Completely charming.

If you want to go to Toledo (I highly recommend you do). I don't think you will find a better place to stay. Everything is close at hand. The hotel is spotless. From my room I could look out at the cathedral. An absolutely perfect place to stay.

La habitación está excelente, las amenidades y limpieza muy bien. La ubicación también es muy buena. El único detalle que tuvimos fue la hora de check in, ya que es muy tarde a las 4:00 pm.

This room was fantastic! It was conveniently located and we had a room with a terrace on the top floor. The view of the cathedral was amazing! The room itself was spacious, extremely quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and the shower was great! Definitely recommend!!

The location is unbeatable! We really love the room, the bed is very comfortable, the closet is great, the bathroom is spacious and beautiful! We went for a wedding and found this place perfect for getting ready and also resting. Would go back for sure!

Localização exceletente, próximo de tudo. Quarto grande com várias janelas. Ar condicionado. Cama muito boa, frigobar abastecido diariamente com duas garrafas de água. Como está localizado no centro histórico, onde veículos não circulam, o táxi nos deixou a 100 metros da hospedagem. E na hora de ir embora, fomos a praça central para pegarmos táxi até a estação de trem. Nada que incomodasse e atrapalhasse nossa visita a essa cidade maravilhosa. Aprovada, pousada e cidade!

Súper bien !

Super cómodo, limpio y de fácil acceso. La verdad es que nos sorprendió para bien, la habitación súper grande y cómoda y además cuenta con aire acondicionado. Está ubicado en el centro de Toledo y tienes todo cerca.

This hotel would have been fine if not for a few serious problems. There is no way to take a vehicle to this hotel as it is in a restricted area. The expedia listing did not make this clear as the only remarks were at the very bottom of the page. IT SHOULD BE IN LARGE BOLD LETTERS RIGHT IN THE “ABOUT” SECTION AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE! We had to take two large suitcases, one small suitcase and two backpacks 1/3 rd of a mile to reach the hotel. Then we had to figure out how to leave the hotel to get to the train station which, fortunately, only required us to get our stuff to a plaza 200 yards away. Next, there is no reliable way to contact the hotel quickly for many international travelers. Many cell phone plans need travel esims to work internationally and they don’t offer SMS or calls. HOTELS NEED A WHATSAPP NUMBER and there wasn’t one for this hotel. Next, we were on air planes and did not get codes for entry to the hotel or our room. We arrived at 10 pm and there was no way to get into the hotel since they don’t have a front desk or lobby. There was an intercom but no one answered until the third attempt and then the intercom kept going in and out. Next, we got a notice from expedia that the hotel sent us a message but had to download a file and that told us we needed to go through a lengthy online check-in but never mentioned no front desk or vehicle restrictions. In fact it said we could check-in anytime after three. The place is in a great location for sites
