「We just did a weekend trip to Leeds and stumbled across this gem on hotel.com. It was the best stay away we have ever had in the UK! The owners were so kind and welcoming, they really do make you feel like you are a member of the family. The house itself was absolutely stunning, the garden was full of flowers with a cute vegetable patch. If you are looking for a place to stay that gives an old English county house vibe this is perfect. I also have a lot of dietary requirements as I am gluten...

「This is a very charming place situated right in the center of “Darrowby”. The inn has a beautiful garden and the breakfast is tasty and well done. The innkeeper Lynn was the best example of hospitality we have ever had, coming to the rescue when our rental car had a flat tire in a remote area. She really embodies the reputation of how lovely the people are in the Yorkshire Dales, and took extra care to make sure our car troubles didn’t ruin the vacation.」

「Good stay - if the car park is full, space can be found on nearby side streets. Nice comfortable room and good breakfast served with flexible times. Just be aware they host a lot of live music, and it isn't a big building so expect to head down and join the crowd!」

「We love this place. It has charging for our electric vehicle which suits us nicely. The staff are exceedingly helpful; the rooms well appointed with lovely soft pillows and very clean bathrooms. We had a room with a separate lounge this time which was a treat. The restaurant is also very special and the breakfast delicious. The property is near the road so there is some traffic noise but this wasn’t significant enough to worry about, Ripon is an interesting place to walk around too so don’t miss...

「ヨークへ行く途中で１泊しました。レンタカーで行きましたが、特に迷うことなく到着、到着後宿のご夫婦が出てきてくれて、部屋へ案内してくれました。到着が１９時半過ぎであり、前もって頼んでいなかったため、夕食は宿では食べれませんでしたが、朝食はボリューム満点で美味しかったです。特にソーセージが絶品。このソーセージは近くの知り合いが作っていると言っていました。」

「イギリス滞在11日間のうち、最初の2泊で利用しました。ヒースローから鉄道・バスを使ってのハワースへの移動はなかなかの長距離でしたが、バス停からすぐのロケーションで、スムーズに到着できました。 もちろん建物は古いですが趣があり、丁寧に手入れされて清潔で、不自由は感じませんでした。階段は狭く急なので、大きな荷物を持っているなら不便かもしれません。 朝食の選択肢も多くて、選ぶのを楽しめましたし、ボリューム十分で美味しかったと思います。 オーナーやスタッフの方々も気持ち良く対応して頂けました。 周辺エリアは…ハワースは小さな所で、どうしても不便だと思います。 ハワース滞在やフットパス散策などが目的なら最適な宿だとおすすめします。」
