「Positiv:
Wohnung sehr geräumig und sauber.
Neutral/Negativ:
Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet: Keine Geschirrtücher und Spültücher/Schwämme für den Abwasch vorhanden. Sehr wenig Geschirr und Besteck, so dass man gezwungen war laufend abzuwaschen.
Wohnung sehr hellhörig und laut: Schlafräume gehen in Innnenhöfe, in denen man sämtliche anderen Mieter hört und liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße.
Ausstattungsmerkmale nicht korrekt, da nicht vorhanden:
- Keine Terrasse
- Kein Balkon
- Kein Garten...

「Zwei schöne Terrassen mit Blick aufs Meer aus fast 600m Höhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Worauf nan sich einstellen sollte: Die Nordküste hat öfter Wolken/Nebel und die Zufahrt hat einige schmale und sehr steile Abschnitte.」
