We truly enjoyed our stay in apparment. Check in worked well, and the communication with the friendly owners was perfect. There are three terraces so easy to find a place in the shadow to enjoy the view.

Very clean property. Amazing views of Teide and the sea. Huge place - loads of room. Bedrooms and bathrooms nicely presented. Kitchen as a bit tired / lots of wine glasses but no large glasses for everyday drinking. Stayed in apartment D, which overlooks the people below. It was annoying the people below were constantly smoking, so made sitting on the balcony with the view of Teide, challenging.

Wir waren zu viert für 11 Nächte in der geschmackvollen Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist riesig und hat alles, was man sich wünscht. Die Aussicht auf den Teide und das Meer ist herrlich. Die ruhige Gegend ist eine der schönsten von Teneriffa. Der Abschied ist uns schwer gefallen. Einen einzigen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es. Es gibt noch drei andere Wohnungen in dem Haus. Wenn deren Mieter draußen auf dem Balkon laut sind, dann hört man das. Aber man ist ja nicht allein auf der Welt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

War sehr schön und wir sind super zufrieden!

Wir waren Ende Okt. 2019 für 12 Tage in Appartement D bzw. ‚Grand‘. Sehr nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gilt für das Wohnzimmer, das separate Esszimmer und die 3 Schlafzimmer. Aber selbst die Badezimmer sind nett gestaltet. Man sieht, dass sich da jemand Mühe gegeben hat und es wirklich geschafft hat, die komplette Wohnung wohnlich zu gestalten. Glückwunsch, das ist gut gelungen! Es ist auch alles da, was man braucht, inkl. eigener Waschmaschine in einem getrennten Hauswirtschaftsraum in der Wohnung. Wirklich großartig sind die 3 überdachten Balkone, die alle komplett nutzbar sind. Und es gibt noch einen vierten Balkon nach hinten raus, nur zum Trocknen der Wäsche. Und das Appartement ist wirklich riesig groß. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war extrem schnell via WhatsApp in Englisch. Es wurde sofort geantwortet und alles sofort geklärt. Nachdem man gebucht hat, bekommt man Zugang zu eine App, in der alles enthalten ist, was man wissen muss. Sehr praktisch und gut gelöst. Wir war wirklich sehr zufrieden und werden wiederkommen.

The most memorable and beautiful vacation, of a lifetime!!

My family and I had the most wonderful stay here, not only is the location in the most picturesque location, the home itself and amenities are all five star luxury! The beds are extremely comfortable, all the rooms are well equipped and very spacious. A lovely place to relax and enjoy the outstanding views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the "grand" apartment making it our home and base for seeing all the best that Tenerife Norte has to offer. We had brunch on the terrace, taking in the view of Teide, lunch on San Marcos beach then back to the apartment to light the BBQ before watching the sun set over Buenavista. It's only a short taxi ride to the beautiful port of Garachicho for supper at one of their fabulous fish restaurants or a short drive to the vineyards of the Orotava valley for wine tasting. The apartment is huge and has so many thoughtful touches that time spent in it is homely, relaxing and a pleasure. Many thanks to the team behind AD San Marcos. You helped us create many happy memories.

The 'grand' apartment is very stylishly furnished, comfortable and well equipped. The views are stunning from the three terraces and spacious rooms. Shame it wasn't warmer for us the week we stayed but there were heaters and blankets, which we made use of. The only drawback was the showers were poor, but when we contacted the manager he organised for this to be rectified and it was done promptly. The bathrooms were dated and in need of bringing up to the same standard as the rest of the property but this apparently is planned. However it wasn't really a problem and the rest of the amenities and accommodation made up for it. A car is a necessity for this location and there are several interesting places to visit all within close proximity. We visited Icod de los Vinos, San Marcos, Garrachico, mount Teide and Puerto de la Cruz. The staff and owner were all very helpful during our stay and we would definitely stay here again. There were several thoughtful touches provided to give our holiday a welcoming, luxury touch such as bath robes & slippers, complimentary toiletries, bar, fruit, towels for the beach and more. A lovely holiday.

Fantastische, ruime, schone woning

De jubelende recentie's gelezen maar je moet het toch met eigen ogen zien. Niets teveel gezegd over deze prachtige goed uitgerustte woning! Gewéldig uitzicht, 4 balkons waarop dus ieder naar behoeven zijn eigen rustige plekje kan vinden. Welkomstdrank, eieren, brood boter en nog wat dingetjes waar men behoefte aan heeft na een lange reis stonden op tafel. Altijd wat kleine minpuntjes, zoals een wat late handdoekwissel op de dag vóor vertrek. Maar in dit majestueuze apartement maak je daar niet gauw een punt van!

- Einladung zum Wiederkommen -

Alles bestens - diesen Eindruck hatten wir schnell gewonnen: die ruhige Lage, der Blick auf das Meer oder den Teide, die funktionale und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die wir für 18 Tage gemietet hatten. Herr Gonzales war aber nicht nur der Vermieter unserer Ferienwohnung, sondern ein sympathischer und aufmerksamer, zudem noch deutschsprachiger Gastgeber - er kümmerte sich höchstpersönlich um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste. Seine lebendigen und plakativen Erzählungen und Berichte von Land und Leuten würden so manchem Reiseführer gut zu Gesicht stehen. Die von uns (= 4-köpfigen Familie) genutzte Wohnung war für unser Empfinden mehr als groß: genügend Schränke und auch - geschickt integriert - eine Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Reisetaschen und - koffer. Selten hatten wir eine so saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden - mit Sicherheit auch ein Verdienst der fleißigen Reinemachefrau. Die angekündigte Zwischenreinigung (Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher) entpuppte sich als eine "Wie-Neu-Situation": die ganze Wohnung und sogar die Terrasse wurden gereinigt. Angenehm empfanden wir auch die Tatsache, dass wir unseren Mietwagen in der Tiefgarage des Anwesens abstellen konnten. Zwar fahren die TITSA-Busse fast überallhin, doch würden wir in jedem Falle zu einem Mietwagen raten, um ganz individuell das Land und die Umgebung zu erkunden oder um die notwendigen Einkäufe als Selbstversorger zu erledigen - bis zum Ortszentrum von Icod (Bäckerei, Supermarkt etc.) sind es etwa 5 Minuten-Autofahrt. Die vielen Tipps und Hinweise seitens Herrn Gonzales halfen uns, genau das zu finden, was unseren Vorstellungen entsprach: ob es nun die kulinarischen Tipps oder die Hinweise für Unternehmungen waren. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte uns Herr Gonzales unsere Fragen per EMAIL umfangreich und umgehend beantwortet und noch weitere Fotos geschickt. Mit den anderen Gästen in den daneben liegenden Ferienwohnungen kam es leicht über die Terrassenmauer zu einem Plausch über die Urlaubserlebnisse und -eindrücke; so mancher Tipp konnte so für die unmittelbare Tagesplanung beherzigt werden. Alles in allem: noch ein bisschen mehr als wir auf Grund der Beschreibungen und Bewertungen im Internet erwartet hatten. So viel Gutes und Angenehmes, dass wir garantiert wieder kommen möchten.Wir haben uns als Gäste richtig wohl gefühlt. 4 Saarländer

Icod de los vinos - weinreich

Der Blick von den vier Balkonen auf das Meer bei San Marco und den Teide war einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten mit unserer Senioren – WG (3 Parteien) Platz genug, damit wir uns nicht auf den Keks gingen. Die Tips unseres Gastgebers für Essen und Trinken waren großartig, hinterließen aber bei dem einen oder anderen Spuren auf den Hüften. Insgesamt. Großartig!

Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Lage: Icod ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Vielzahl von Wanderungen zwischen der Masca-Schlucht im Westen und dem Anaga-Gebirge mit seinem Lorbeerwald im Nordosten. Ein Mietwagen ist dazu dringend zu empfehlen. Aber auch das Baden kommt nicht zu kurz. Herrliche Sandstrände, die eigentlich nie überfüllt sind, gibt es in hoher Zahl entlang der Nordküste. Direkt in Icod befindet sich die Playa de San Marcos. Empfehlenswert sind auch die Strände rund um Puerto de la Cruz, wie die Playa Jardin oder die Playa de las Teresitas nördlich von Santa Cruz. Die Wohnung: Wir hatten eine der 3 kleineren Wohnungen in der 1. Etage. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle notwendigen technischen Geräte. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Hervorzuheben ist die wirklich großartige große Terrasse, von der aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Teide und die Nordküste hat. Erwähnenswert auch der Willkommens-Korb mit diversen Lebensmitteln bis Wein und Sekt. Der Vermieter: Herr Gonzalez ist ein ausgesprochen sympathischer, hilfsbereiter und in jeder Hinsicht entgegenkommender Mensch. Er versorgte uns mit wertvollen Tipps über Strände, gute Speiselokale und hat uns auch bei einer Panne mit einer Brille äußerst engagiert unterstützt. Sensationell auch seine Führung durch La Laguna und der anschließende Ausflug zu einem tollen Fischlokal. Fazit: Ideal für alle, die im Urlaub Natur und Strand kombiniert mit etwas Kultur genießen wollen.

Die Wohnung bietet alles, um einen wirklich komfortablen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. - Geschmackvolle Einrichtung in gutem Mix aus alt und neu - Die Größe ist echter Luxus - Gemütliche Sitz- und Essecken,, man fühlt sich sofort wohl - Toller Blick - Gute Erreichbarkeit der Dienstleistungsinfrastruktur - Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge - Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter Wenn nun in Zukunft auch noch der versprochene W-Lan - Anschluss zur Verfügung steht, gibt es das sechste Sternchen:-)

Bester Familienurlaub mit erwachsenen Kindern

Wir, eine 7-köpfige Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern und Freunden, haben erstmalig auf Teneriffa Urlaub gemacht und dafür zwei nebeneinander liegende Ferienwohnungen gemietet. Besser kann kein Gast empfangen und untergebracht werden. Der deutschsprachige Vermieter, ein perfekter Gastgeber, hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Mit seinen Ratschlägen war ein Reiseführer bzw. ein Restaurantführer entbehrlich. Wir hatten die besten Ausflugsziele und die besten Restaurants auf der Insel -oft weitab von den Touristenströmen-. Die Wohnungen sind so, wie man sie sich wünscht. Jedes Paar hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer und Bad; in der großzügigen Küche wurde das Frühstück zubereitet und in den Waschmaschinen die Badesache gewaschen. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse wurden das gemeinsame Frühstück bei einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer eingenommen oder am Abend bei einem Glas Wein die Tageserlebnisse ausgetauscht. Dank dieser Super Unterbringung und des perfekten Gastgebers war es für uns eines der schönsten Urlaube. Dafür gebührt dem Gastgeber ein großes Dankeschön.

Für alle, die eine niveauvolles Feriendomizil suchen, absolut empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist äußerst großzügig bemessen und sehr gepflegt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden,das man während des Aufenhalts benötigt. Von den Balkonen hat man einen großartigen Blick auf das Meer und den Teide. Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters, Herrn Dr. Gonzalez-Doerner. Bei allen Fragen und Problemen war er immer ansprech- und erreichbar. Wir waren schon des Öfteren auf Teneriffa und ich kann nun sagen, dass diese Wohnung alle anderen in den Schatten stellt.

5-Sterne-Traumurlaub

Wir, 2 befreundete Ehepaare, haben im September unseren 14-tägigen Jahres-urlaub in dieser schönen, rießig großen und komplett eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und übertrifft die Beschreibung im Internet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der gigantische Ausblick auf Teide, Icod und das Meer. Diesen herrlichen Ausblick haben wir jeden Morgen zum Frühstück und abends bei einem Gläschen Wein genossen. Die Wohnung ist für jegliche Aktivitäten zentral gelegen, ein Auto ist aber sehr empfehlenswert, da weder Strand, noch Supermarkt oder Restaurant fußläufig gut zu erreichen sind bzw. die Wege sehr steil sind. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen, auch mit sehr netten Vermietern, aber die Betreuung durch Herrn Gonzalez ist schon sehr außergewöhnlich und hervorragend: Reservierung der Wohnung ohne Anzahlung, Mail`s vor Urlaubsbeginn mit herrlichen Foto`s von Teneriffa, überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung vor Ort, viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurantempfehlungen, eine sehr interessante und einmalige Stadtführung durch La Laguna mit anschl. leckerem Paella-Essen und viele Informationen zu Teneriffa. UND Herr Gonzalez vermittelt immer den Eindruck, dass ihm diese Art der Betreuung selbst viel Spaß macht und ihm ein inneres Bedürfnis ist - einmalig! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Gabi W.

Toll Toll Toll

Skeptisch ob der extrem guten Bewertungen, aber auch neugierig: sind wir genauso begeistert?, verbrachten wir eine Woche hier in Icod de los Vinos. Und? Es ist genauso, wie es alle beschrieben haben. Die Lage ruhig mit toller Aussicht.Das Apartment großzügig, sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet und mit riesigem Balkon. Aber was wir so noch nirgendwo (und wir haben schon viel gesehen) erlebt haben, einen überaus freundlichen und humorvollen Vermieter. Den Tag in Lalaguna werden wir nicht vergessen und: wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, denn wir möchten gerne noch viel mehr kennenlernen.
