"Great place, really enjoyed the amenities and services."

"My wife and I were visiting Japan for our late honeymoon. And we were treated with much respect from the Fujisan Onsen Hotel staff. Everyone was so polite and patient with us. We loved our hotel room and the view of Mt.Fuji. My wife especially loved to lay on the couch infront of the window and wished she could've stayed there forever. Her favorite was the massage because she fell asleep twice! The massage technique is very different from the american ones so she said it felt so good after walking 20,000 steps a day. The shuttle bus pickup/drop-off was not difficult to call for. They picked us up in about 15 minutes. It did not take long. Everything was great! We really enjoyed this hotel and felt super spoiled. We hope to return again in the future."

"Another great stay! We just wished there was a shuttle from the hotel to train station instead taking bus or walking through tiny roads. It could be very bumpy and rainy..."

"Great efficient hotel. The staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was a good presentation and tasty. Amazing views of Mt Fuji right from the room. Room has good air conditioning. Plenty of parking spaces. The hotel shows sign of aging and needs some upkeep; like peeling wall paper and dated/worn furniture. The futon was quite thin, not a very comfortable sleep. Despite this I left happy with my decision to stay overall and had an amazing visit. Cheers to the staff and their hospitality!"
