Quiet and convenient hotel

I had a great stay here. The service was excellent. My room and floor was quiet every day and night. I also loved the location, within 10-20 minutes walking distance from most tourist attractions and the Palas Mall. Its also within a 20 minute drive from the airport.

great hotel!

really great hotel, super friendly and efficient staff, nice modern rooms, everything was really good - the only thing I would improve is the bed mattress, this was quite hard. Otherwise, everything else was amazing!

What we liked: This is one of the best hotels in the city. The location, cleanliness, interior design and aesthetics, and staff were excellent. What we didn't like: In our apartment, located on the 12th floor, the hot water was cold every time we turned on the faucet, and we had to wait about 20 minutes for the water to get hot enough to shower. The air conditioning temperature was not adjustable in the room; only the fan speed was adjustable. The air conditioning seemed to work in all common areas except the breakfast room.

Very clean and modern, excellent breakfast with hot and cold food, scambled and hard boiled eggs, cheese, salami, bacon, fruits, yogurt, many types of coffee, orange juice, waffles and so on. Great water pressure, nice view, you can open the window. The parking lot is kind of small for the hotel capacity and the hallway could have moe lights.

Bed was good, but hotel next to very busy, noisy road. Bathroom door was really heavy and creaky - almost got a back injury! Breakfast was okay! Overall, okay for the price!

A lovely hotel

We stayed at the hotel for a mid-April weekend. The hotel is in a great location. A 10-minute walk to the Plas mall and the beautiful cultural center and a 20-minute walk from the Julius mall and the huge shopping center behind the mall. The room was very spacious Comfortable bed and very clean room. The breakfast is delicious and abundant and with a huge selection. Delicious coffee. Belgian waffle. We really enjoyed ourselves. The reception staff is very kind and especially Yoana who gave us a great explanation about the place with kindness and a smile. See her photo. It would have been nice if the lady in the dining room was a little more smiley although she did a great job and everything that ran out was taken care of by her. The towels are great and huge. Highly recommend this hotel Hampton by Hilton and we will definitely be back.

Good hotel - close to everything

Excellent hotel and a great location. The only problem is they should specify that pool is not in the hotel it’s a different pool which is open to public - and you can go there as well. With a charge of 80 Lie which is a lot of money. Small gym inside the hotel which does the job, aircon kept getting very loud from time to time which was annoying. And average breakfast - Mostly bacon. Would recommend the hotel as it is good for Iasi.

The best 3 stars in Iasi for sure! Excellent accommodation, good breakfast! No restaurant in the hotel , only breakfast available. However, you need to change the category Amenities : swimming pool! the hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool. There is a swimming pool in the vicinity but belongs to a different commercial entity and if you want to use it you need to pay extra like 20 Euro per entrance , directly at the swimming pool ! So this is not together with the hotel in any way!

Unlike the advertising, there is no pool in this hotel !!! We booked a summer vacation with little kids and we chose this hotel especially because of the pool! Luckily, after a complaint to Expedia, we received compensation -money for another pool . It's not comfortable, but at least our vacation wasn't completely ruined. The girls at the reception are lovely! They understood us and wanted to help but they had no way to solve the problem..

Central location

Lovely hotel. New and clean. Large rooms, however space not properly utilized. Small closet and drawers. Lots of room for more. We were on the sunny side of the building. Room was hot and could not regulate it with the AC. Faint sewage smell was pervasive. Good breakfast included. Internet was fine. Although we did not need it, there was free parking. Close to central attractions, food, markets and bars. Overall good.

Average but not good but a week

Close to shopping mall (15 min walk) Tram is also so close. Clean hotel but bathrooms can be updated for sure. Not an helpful hotel if you want to make changes. I wanted to update my reservation for one week later. They asked for the double price. Then I re-booked the room for the updated dates and my money for the first week was gone. The room was for two but they only put one set of towels. Towels are super old and grey, not soft at all. They have an iron and iron table which is super good. Room service is tidying up the bed, fold the SAME towels and that’s all. They are not even putting a bottle of water. When you try to buy one reception said they don’t have any water! Breakfast is ordinary, I can not say good but enough. Good staff, 7/24 open mini bar in the reception (paid of course) no room service and nothing to eat.

The worst Hampton I have ever been. It is really a avarage three star hotel. Low pressure in shower, cheap materials. Toilet broken, no toilet paper. WiFi weak, cold in the room even with heating.
