We weren’t made aware of that until we went to use the pool and were told it was reserved for certain guests. The next day when I went to the front desk to inquire I was told my room didn’t include the pool, didn’t even know that was an additional fee when booking."
"Great staff. Clean room. I love the most of this hotel: there is no pungent scent( perfumy smell) in the lobby and other areas. I am glad that the Shilla is not doing what other five stars hotels are doing. I hope that they keep their own classic style and maintain.
