「“I recently stayed for one night at 23A High Street in Knighton and had a very pleasant experience. Tom, the host, was a real gentleman and couldn’t do enough to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need readily available. A great place to stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.”」

「Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms with good ensuite facilities at a great price. Restaurant has excellent dishes at good prices and the bar serves a good range of drinks again at good prices. A Continental Breakfast is included and there is no cooked breakfast option. The only drawback is the lack of a lift and one or two floors are a bit unveven but to be expected at over 400 years old. 」

「The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Parking was in front of the hotel, off the main street. The village had a few shops and a large town nearby. The hotel has a river at the bottom of the grounds which was lovely to sit near.」

「Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. On arrival we were met by Molly who showed us to our room. We stayed on a bank holiday weekend and the bar area was very busy, great outdoor area with Mexican bar. We booked the double superior room (room 1) which has plenty of space. Huge four poster bed. Large en-suite with large shower. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate facilities provided in room. TV, Hair dryer, ironing board, fan also in the room.The only issue that maybe a problem is the room...
