"The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They gave great instructions for local attractions and restaurants, allowed us to keep our belongings (and car) at the hotel when we took a day and a half trip to Nantucket."

"The room was very clean, with maid service every day. Room had a safe and refrigerator. The hotel was walking distance from a Jamaican restaurant that was also very good."

"Needed a last minute stay in Hyannis and didn't want to spend a lot. This was a lovely experience. The gentleman that checked me in could not have been more delightful. Very helpful and cordial. The room is a little dated but very clean and comfortable and actually had a fun vintage vibe to it."

"I was booked for 3 nights. The first night the people next door were arguing (walls are very thin)and kids were running around the cars until midnight. Went to the office the following morning and was told they had left. Night two same people in the room next to mine playing video games until 2AM. I did not stay the 3rd night and lost the money I had paid. Unfortunately the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the room next door."
