Arrival around 4…bugs flying in the room because of broken door, bottom portion missing…above us on second floor from arrival time to 12… loud running and stomping..2AM loud drop of heavy item, scared my daughter for the rest of the night… addressed the front desk to ask for a refund of second night booked stay… only to hear the owner could not be reached, he could only make the decision of money back for the second unused night stay…was told they would take care of the problem… went back to the room to rest around 1… quiet until4.30…started up again… loud running and thumping… we decided to leave… once again approached the front desk and same scenario, could not reach owner, day off, needed to contact Expedia, and could not get any receipt of stay to confirm anything…left totally disappointed and then contacted Expedia…
