「The apartment was very cozy and a nice place to rest after an overnight flight (the comfortable mattress and black-out curtains were appreciated!) Very comfortable washroom and shower. It even had laundry facilities! Parking was easy. Staff at the restaurant below helped with check-in process. We took our morning walk in the nearby Geothermal park which has a geyser. 「Electrical plugs was an issue, we had converters but the outlets were recessed with hinged covers on them, which blocked the ability to plug in a C-PAP machine or any of our devices. Room was super bright for trying to sleep, there was no window covering on the bathroom window, and the bathroom door was glass, which allowed a lot of light into the bedroom. The water from the shower ran all over the bathroom floor as there was nothing to stop it. Sitting on the toilet, your feet were wet. View...

「I liked the Idea of paperless and online check-in, However we didn't get the check-in email and struggled to get a call to them upon arrival since our phones didn't work right on our wi-fi setup we were using. However someone let us use their phone to call them and we were able to send an email and we got in in a few minutes. Someone in the building burnt something on the stove and the fire alarm went off. Without a staff on site we did not know how to reset the alarm or really what to do. So...
