「Very charming place in a great location. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all amenities. The host was responsive and accommodating. Truly felt like a vacation thanks to this spot!」

「There is parking for 3 vehicles if they are not very large SUV’s or trucks. The deck area in the back is nice, but small, and sits next to the AC units. We might not have explored enough to understand the “artsy” part of the area.」

「This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. The history of the area can truly be seen in the architecture. The balcony over looking the main street was our favorite part. We were able to have a glass of wine and whiskey with a great view of the street activities and water way. While there were minor hiccups l, the property manager/ owner responded immediately with a resolution. We will attempt to stay at this property again when the weather cools down.」

「We had a great stay! We live in Savannah and experienced an unexpected power outage for a few days. We are a family of 5 including 3 young boys (9,7,3) and needed a comfortable place close to our house to be able to continue on with work and life AND THAT HAS AIR CONDITIONER! Well, the air conditioner works wonderfully (and is in fact brand new!). The boys think they are on vacation and haven't skipped a beat. The view is beautiful and the area feels really safe. Thanks for having us!」

The location is perfect for exploring all of historic downtown, whether you’re wanting to shop along Broughton, check out River Street, or hop on a trolley to visit the squares. The listing was just as described, clean, comfortable, and great communication from the host. The building itself was not without its quirks (namely a dicey elevator, haha), but that’s to be expected in an older building. Would absolutely stay here again.」

「The apartment was beautiful and in a very safe neighborhood. We were able to walk all around Savannah and never even used our cars. There is a bus stop right outside the door for the free bus that runs through Savannah, which we used once. The pictures do not do the place justice. It was much roomier and nicer than what we expected. The three beds were nice because there were three of us, so we each got our own bed. The parking was easy.
