"I didn't get any sleep the furst night. No accommodation for the 3 noise complaints i reported. That was on going over 6 hrs. The hotel was very clean, the room was very nice, comfortable bed & amazing shower."

May 4, 2019I did not stay there. My mother passed away and I cancelled the reservations. I was refunded one night. I want to be repaid for the second night. I am very unhappy with your service even though I paid extra for your insurance. Refund is required.
