Make sure you don't show up early for check-in as the doors are locked during certain parts of the day and only accessible with a key you receive when checking in. "Neither Expedia nor The Hotel Du Bois make it clear in any way that this is an unmanned “Hostel” It is not a hotel in the way most people would understand. The room was ok, breakfast fine, but the lack of transparency on the status unacceptable. And for what you get it is actually expensive. I would not recommend it"

"Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer und Personal, man fühlte sich wohl und willkommen. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gemütlich, der Biergarten phänomenal und die Küche inkl. Frühstück sehr lecker. Einzig der Außenbereich um das Hotel herum könnte etwas mehr Zuwendung gebrauchen, was aber zum Teil auch den noch laufenden Renovierungsarbeiten geschuldet sein kann.
