"Een net ingericht appartement met een complete keuken, sauna en een balkon met een geweldig mooi uitzicht. Eind januari is het stil op het park en ondanks dat is de supermarkt, het binnenzwembad en een vd restaurants geopend, waar je prima iets kan eten. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en komen zeker een keer terug. Let wel, het appartementen complex beschikt over een lift maar het park is niet geschikt voor mindervaliden vanwege de hellingen en de vele trappen. "

"Das Haus liegt günstig für Wanderungen in der Eifel und rund um den Rursee. Das Haus selbst ist funktional ausgestattet, mehr aber auch nicht. Die Küche verfügt nur über das Nötigste - auch was die Geschirrmenge angeht, sodass man die Spülmaschine nach jeder Mahlzeit laufen lassen muss. Der "Ofen" ist eine Umluftmikrowelle mit Oberhitze. Nützliche Kleinigkeiten, wie z. B. ein Schneidebrett oder eine größere Rührschüssel fehlen. Das Haus ist im Leichtbau erreichtet und sehr (!) hellhörig. Warum...

"Vom ersten Kontakt an sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Sehr sympathisch. Die Wohnung ist wirklich Klasse. Sie ist sehr modern eingerichtet und absolut funktional. Alles was man benötigt für einen guten Aufenthalt ist vorhanden, angefangen bei einem Fön über eine voll ausgestattete Küche bis hin zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. "We were given an upgrade and the room was very nice, although the cost was very high at £180+ , which we assumed was due to the time of year. It was part of an 8 day trip which included 5 hotels and this was almost double the cost of the other, good quality hotels. The hotel and amenities are excellent and I would have awarded a higher rating for the ambience……however we were very disappointed with the set meal at £69 per head. We had invited my husbands mother to join us and felt that it wasn’t value for money. The bar was suffering from staff sickness and service was slow…..but the head barman was very good and apologetic for any inconvenience. Overall a very nice hotel, but expensive."

"I would have expected more regional wine selection at the bar. The breakfast was underwhelming (e.g., empty orange juice container, even though hardly any guests were at breakfast). The most annoying part was the fact that the hotel could only be reached via a 20 minute detour due to construction; it would have been nice if the hotel would have notified guests ahead of time"
