Comfort Inn & Suites East Greenbush - Albany

Comfort Inn & Suites East Greenbush - Albany

8/10 Good
"The room was pretty decent for the price point - everything was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the room was spacious. I wasn’t very impressed with the staff we interacted with - the woman working the front desk when I checked in didn’t acknowledge me (or even look up from what she was doing) for an awkward amount of time even though I was standing directly in front of her. We wished the room would have had extra linens, a blanket, and pillows for the pull-out bed so we didn’t have to go get them ourselves. We did ask for a blanket for the pull-out bed and weren’t given one. Not a huge deal, but not super helpful or friendly service. The breakfast was nothing spectacular but probably pretty standard. It did the trick and I’m not one to complain about a complimentary meal."

10/10 Excellent
"Needed a reasonably-priced hotel room in Hudson. Didn't know what to expect from the Navigator, but since it was so well-priced (for night I needed) I just needed it to be fine. It turned out to be unexpectedly good. Room was very clean, well-appointed, tastefully-designed, and with a very comfortable bed. And there's easy on-site parking. If you need on-premises staff to check you in or just be there, this might not be for you. Here, you book your room, they send you a code for access to the hotel and your room. Hotel was very quiet. Saw other guests checking in at same time, then checking out. Other than that, I could've been there alone. The common spaces (I didn't really use) are also very nice. Hotel has maritime theme, and that's tastefully woven through the property. The stained glass windows might not be maritime, but add character and charm. I forgot my toothpaste, and there was none in the hotel, so maybe there could be a stash somewhere for small, predictable needs for forgetful guests. But that's a small thing. It's also a very short walk to two of Hudson's best restaurants-- Feast and Floret (about a 45-second walk) and Maker Hotel/Serre, a few minutes walk. I'll be back."

"Our stay was great , we really enjoyed the clubhouse the boardgames, a small hike on the property and the airstream was nicely equipped with outside grill, smart tv, and very nice outdoor space. Cleaning wise it was okay, we found hair in the shower drain, futon cover felt unwashed and I wish they had coffee in the clubhouse throughout the day. Would definitely recommend it!"
