「Shout out to Christine for going above and beyond! We originally booked a room that happed to be on the 3rd floor. My husband got injured before we arrived and Christine was very helpful in arranging for us to move to the 1st floor as soon as the room became available. Housekeeping moved our luggage for us and the new room was a nice upgrade.」
「I'm not giving it one star because the place met my expectations, which were quite low at the outset. The cottage was of mid-century design that is badly in need of renovation (broken fixtures, uncovered electrical outlets, mold/mildew growth in the bathroom). It was a non-smoking room, but clearly people were smoking there. I think the place was emblematic of the Catskills as an area that once was a great place to visit, but has fallen into disrepair over the past several decades. 」
「I loved it and will only stay there when I’m in the area again! I totally dug the old school 50s-60s charm of the decor, nice spacious grounds with benches and seats for relaxing, super friendly and helpful front desk service and my room was spotless.
These throwback motels are vanishing, we need more Red Ranch’s!」
