「Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Room well presented but no shower gel in the shower! Spa would have been £50 pp as we were on a B &B rate.
Food in elements restaurant overpriced and vegetarian choice was bland and disappointing.
Gorgeous slightly individual hotel but definitely overpriced」

「Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault.
Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms.
1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs.
Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school...

「Had a nice stay for our anniversary. Good suggestions for local walks. Wine and food was nice. It was a little disappointing that they did not do anything to mark our 10 year wedding anniversary and we had put a note on our booking. Drinks are quite expensive £6.50 for a pint/£10 for prosseco glass」
