「The history of Roscoe is fascinating and the building this VRBO is in is just perfect! The room has been updated just enough…the old wood and features keep it historical. We’ve stayed in 2 rooms in this old hotel and love both equally! Great stay!」

The furniture was comfortable in the areas you wanted to hang out, the decorative pieces were in great condition and from the late 50’s/early 60’s.You feel like you are in the middle of the woods, but town is just down the road. River is in the backyard, the hot tub was in perfect condition, kitchen was well stocked for cooking for a large group, & the property overall was very comfortable. 「The stay was very seamless and clean. The instructions to get into the unit were also very detailed and helpful. The host provided all necessities, including an iron and ironing board. The only piece that I did not see in the unit that was in the listing was an oven. My plans changed, so I did not need it during my stay. Overall it was an enjoyable stay!」
