Everything was nice. It was a gorgeous location. They left perfect instructions for what needed to be done and where everything was. We greatly appreciated the amenities. I would book this place again without blinking an eye.
Overall cabin was great. Short drive to town & Mohican State Park/ activities. Hot tub was nice. Record player was a fun touch. Brick path to fire pit was a little slippery when wet so be very careful.
This was such a pretty cabin and beautiful surroundings! It’s nice and private and there’s so much room inside, even with all the rain we really enjoyed a few relaxing days 😊 check in and check out was simple, it was very clean, we loved all the windows and scenery!
Just got married not far from here. It was perfect for us to enjoy each other, nature, the river, and local scenery. Highly recommended by the 2 of us.
Spent one night at Red Bend Cabin. Beautiful views from the deck! Loved the decor/vibe of the cabin. Perfect night away! Spent the next day at Malabar Farm and ate at Bromfield’s diner.
Very relaxing property. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the river and watching the birds. Minimal traffic on the road. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the hot tub was relaxing. Definitely recommend staying here.
Cute little place right over a peaceful river. Loved the multiple decks to hang out on and the hottub and firepit were great. It is right off the side of a road so not as secluded as we thought it would be but still a great time
The property is amazing for a short getaway, being a 15 or so minute drive from Mohican State Park and right on the river, including a fire pit and hot tub. The home is decorated beautifully with fun antiques, and has everything you need and more. The host communicated well, and we've already recommended the space to friends!
We had a great time staying here as a group, loved the hot tub. I will say the stairs are scary and so is the trail going to the water. That is my only complaint! Please also note the first floor bathroom has a sliding door which may feel less private if there are people in the kitchen. Overall, the property was clean and lovely! The hosts were great and answered all and any questions. We had beautiful views of the river and the decor inside the house is so cute. I love all the vintage decor - it was really thoughtful. We had a great time as a group and would definitely return again.
Well appointed, charming home on the hill overlooking the river. Ample space for couples and friends. Great hot tub with views of Hemlocks, moon and stars. Gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit. Secluded but close to town and hiking trails. Very stylish. Loved the vibe! Had a great stay and would return.
We had a wonderful stay at Red Bend Cabin. The cabin was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the view and the hot tub. Everything we could possibly need (and even some things we were surprised to find) was provided. Very well-supplied kitchen. The Alexa Speaker was a nice surprise (although we brought our own). We plan to return next year. Thank you!
The cabin and scenery were just what we were looking for…but we should have been given a heads up on the indoor stairs. Very small and very steep. We’re in our 70s so it was quite scary. Couldn’t get down to the river but the view from the fire pit was great.
