Thoughtfully designed property with perks like complimentary shuttle to/from the hotel in 3 mile radius, proximity to great museums, and little amenities like chocolates or prosecco in the room for Valentine’s Day. :)

The Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria
Staring off hotel room was dirty. Boogers on the curtains, the blanket had marks/stains of who knows what pillows same thing were dirty. Bathroom has all kinds of uncleaned locations. I would not come back to this hotel.

The shuttle service isnt very good, took over an hour to get picked up, due to a small broken inside minivan, the next morning couldn't get the shuttle time we needed it was booked with the 6 only available spots.
