Your upper-level apartment is accessed via a keypad and unique code, offering a private entrance exclusively yours throughout your stay. Please note that stairs are required to reach the apartment. Once inside, relax and unwind—this space is all yours without interruptions. The property is gated for added security, and ample free street parking is available.  


Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (complete with an oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, washer, and dryer), a cozy living room, a breakfast table seating up to four, and a bathroom featuring a bathtub. Our community is nestled in a quiet colorful neighborhood that will leave you with the essence of true Houston living. The people, the culture, the food--- the Heights neighborhood is a 6-minute car ride a way, and the stay in this updated guesthouse is very relaxing. There are several restaurants within a 1-2 mile radius as well as corner stores and gas stations within a few blocks.

We had a very good stay. The property is just as pictured, it's clean, fresh and bright. It's a garage apartment in the backyard of the primary home, easily accessed via a gated driveway. Parking is a non-issue, plenty of street parking right outside the rental which you can see from the balcony. Neighborhood seemed very laid back and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!
