  • Welcome to The Milano in Houston, TX! Our fully-furnished homes feature all the luxurious amenities you’d expect from an upscale living experience. With beautifully designed interiors, our apartments offer everything you need for a seamless stay, whether it's for a month or longer. Inside your home, enjoy stylish furnishings, a workspace, and a full kitchen. Step outside your front door and take advantage of a resort-style pool, outdoor lounge, fitness center, and lush landscaping.
    After booking:
    To comply with community requirements and help provide a safe experience for all guests, you'll receive a secure email to complete identity verification, online check-in, and any required documentation. The process typically takes just a few minutes.

気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Terrible management and maintenance! Late check in (630 pm after I had to call vbro care to ask for help), no gym card, no mail box key, broken washer, old torn dryer and dish washer with rusted racks, not working stove, bugs in the apt , bed bugs , and worst is the no one was sent to fix the problems. We had to request the early move out as we couldn’t take it any more and we got bug bites (both me and my husband). We asked for the full refund but they only refunded the unused days (although we specifically stated that our stay was of minimal quality and shouldn’t even qualified as a regular stay). I’m going to follow up with vbro care to see if they will protect us from this. I really don’t want this terrible experience be repeated on anyone.
