Attuned to your every need with this stylish, tastefully appointed two bedroom / two bathroom apartment and every convenience thoughtfully provided. This fully furnished apartment can easily accommodate 6 guests, includes a fully equipped kitchen and a washer dryer. This property is personalized and attentive. A full-time concierge will attend to your needs and requirements, overseeing access, arranging for car service and performing and performing helpful tasks to assure a smooth day-to-day living experience. The amenities at this property is a way of life beyond compare. Elegant public spaces on the eight floor Club level provides attractive venues for meetings and entertaining. The Club level is a handsomely appointed conference room, a grand party room with a kitchen and indoor/outdoor spaces featuring lush landscaping, an outdoor fire pit and soft-seating. The 8th level also features panoramic views of Downtown and Memorial Park. A fully equipped gym is also on the club level. Kitchen and living area was nice. Pans need replacement as well as some of forks and spoons.King size bed mattress needs replacement. Bathroom connected to that room has toilet issues needing repair.
