"Room was great! We even got upgraded to a deluxe room. Staff cleaned the room almost everyday we stayed and they brought us as much tea and coffee as we wanted. Only thing I’m not pleased about is the lack of a microwave in the unit. A believe only the suites have a microwave but we made it work. The hotel staff was lovely and the cafe down stairs had great food. 10/10 experience, will definitely be back soon."

"Some may find this hotel a little "old school", but it's dependable, clean, efficient, and well located. There are so many reviews of hotels in the downtown area that are all over the place...we went back here in 2025 after staying there in 2016, and they were on top of everything. Room could have been a tiny bit bigger, but hey, it's downtown Chicago...view was nice, room was clean and quiet, restaurant/bar area was clean and breakfast buffet was nice, and check in/out was simple. YMMV, but for *our* mileage, we'll always stay here when were in DT Chicago."

"This is such a steal of a price for this beautiful place! We had a great stay. Amazing location, plenty of square footage, and the hosts are incredibly helpful. You really don’t have to do much to check out like some VRBOs either! Would definitely stay again. "

"Our stay at Envitae was amazinggg!! I’m so glad I booked with them for my Chicago trip with my family. The place was so nice and clean and decorated nicely and looks exactly like the pictures! This place literally had everything we needed and was so accommodating from having soap and shampoo to pots and pans pretty anything you could think of that you may need they had stocked. Also they were checking in with us to make sure our stay was going well they even were so kind to send us gourmet doughnuts!! The views were amazing and the location was literally near everything you could think of in walking distance. I would definitely book here again! Thank you so much for having us! "
