「Except one, all the other staffs were very friendly and helpful. They were flexible to support me, too. The breakfast menu was simpler than expected, but after having a series of heavy, great dinner in restaurants in the city, we did not need so rich breakfast, anyway. The location was great; only a few minutes walk from Place de la Comedy; ~5 minutes from railway station; calm. In the first day, I did not why, room cleaning was done in very late time (later than 3 p.m.), but in the following...

「清潔で快適なホテルでした。スタッフの感じもとても良くて、アーリーチェックインもさせてもらえました。モンペリエも素敵な街で人々がフレンドリーで1泊しかしてませんがスペイン滞在で緊張していた気持ちが安らいだ1日でした。」

「駅からのアクセスが良いです。また、ショッピングモールのポリゴンにもアクセスしやすいです。旧市街からは少し離れていますが、歩いて15分くらいです。」

「My stay in Montpellier was very good. This hotel the room was very clean and comfortable, bed was soft and big . There was a great view from the window . The bath room was very big and many great amenities , the hotel staffs were so kind and warm . They let me to check in earlier and when I asked to them to call a taxi they did to me very quickly. The location was great, you can go any places from the hotel . Safe and central place . I would recommend if you stay in Montpellier.」

「部屋に入った際に強い生臭さを感じた。キッチンがあるのである程度は仕方ないと思うが消臭はしておいてほしかった。駐車場は基本路上駐車で９時以降は料金が発生します」

「深夜到着を事前連絡し、二つのドアの暗証番号を教えてもらっていました。予定到着時間を過ぎていたのですが、フロントスタッフの方は、”待っていましたよ”、と笑顔で迎えてくれました。チェックインの印象でホテルの滞在が気持ちいいか否かが決まると思います。これに限らず、他のスタッフも親切でした。ホテル自体は住宅街にひっそり、、という感じに建ち、とても静かな環境でした。 良いと思います。」

「SNCFの駅のすぐ近くで，旧市街にも、歩いていけ、便利です。外観は一際目立ち、内装も近代風で，清潔❗️豪華さはないものの、ニースから，トゥルーズへの途中で一泊し，ファーブル美獣館を楽しんだだけでしたが，十分に目的を果たすことのできるホテルでした。」
