"The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."

"The location is on a hill with beautiful green grounds surrounding the hotel, overlooking the Tegernsee (lake) The rooms were modern and comfortable, there's a nice terrace to enjoy coffee or tea, and a self service bar available. Our dog also liked the spacious gardens the the forest paths."

"I visited this area for the first time, and I really liked this hotel. The rooms are good sized and the bed is very comfortable. The windows swing open wide which was nice to bring in the cool evening air. The location is right in the action for the town, and it's across the street from the lake so I had a really nice view from the room. The restaurant is very good, opting to eat there twice for dinner. The breakfast which was included in the room was very good too. The front desk team...

"I thought the place was pretty nice. Rooms are definitely a bit dated and the whole town didn't seem friendly towards tourists who don't speak German. The breakfast was great though. Saunas were nice too"

"Great stay st Bachmair Weissach. The hotel is beautiful. Particularly the stream that runs through it and the spa. Rooms are spacious, clean and quite nice. But there’s no a/c. It can get quite hot during the day. Staff was nice and attentive. Although service was a bit slow at times. Nothing too bad to detract from a wonderful experience"
