「オーナーさんが優しくて居心地の良いホテル」

「チェックインが出来なかった。 21:30に着いたのに誰も居なく、ホテルの中に入ることすらできなかった。 １５分ほど待たされて、宿のスタッフらしき人が帰ってきた。 いつ戻るのか、せめて張り紙等で知らせてほしい。 空港シャトルサービスがなく、タクシーでもなく、表示が不明瞭なハイヤーの手配だった。」

「My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. The accommodation was good value and the bedroom, while small, was well designed. The shower was fabulous with lovely shampoo and soaps. Our only criticism was the bed and pillows.
