First thing…you get what you pay for. This is definitely a 3 star hotel. The amenities highlighted in the as for the hotel says it has onsite parking. While true they do, but apparently it’s a first come first serve basis. Therefore, we did not get onsite parking. We tried to ask the receptionist where to park. She was not helpful in this area. The graves she gave me were a 15-25 minute walk from the property. The Ming bed is 2 twins put together. Cleanliness and upkeep for the hotel are a 3 star quality. The breakfast was decent. If I were asked if I recommended this hotel, I’d say if you want a mediocre hotel then this is your spot. Other than that no.

Lovely location with great breakfast and helpful staff at. Our issue was the a/c - 4/28-5/1 was warm and sunny. The rooms heated up during the day and the a/c was not available. We were told only 5/15-8/31. The window was insufficient even with lows in the upper 40’sF. PLUS our room 327 is over the terrace where groups were socializing late into the night- windows closed you wouldn’t hear; window opened and we were hot, restless and forced to hear random conversations. Staff of course unable to help with this issue. Would not stay again in spring or fall.

They refreshed towels but they had no hand towels.

This is a 3 star hotel but in terms of being modern and new then it's more like a 4 star. I was very happy with the hotel, it looks brand new and the rooms are well furnished. Room sizes are normal but everything works perfectly. The staff are courteous and they do engage with you. I especially liked the male member of staff at Breakfast who greeted you. He was very welcoming every morning and that breakfast was pretty good as well. Overall, I would happily stay at the Best Western Arabellapark again if in Munich.
