I did not like that the room was not ready for us at 5pm for check in. If check in is at 4pm, I should not have waited to receive my room by 5pm, especially after a long flight. The room smelled like Clorox bc it had just been cleaned and so upon going into the room, the smell was not pleasant. There were no shower curtains in the shower! All the water splashed on the floor even when you were as careful as you can be. The best part of the hotel was the beach and the food. There’s definitely improvement that needs to be made.

Nice new place. Not enough hot water. No USB plug ins. Had issues with getting codes and key fobs To work. Buddy bought one. So can’t be to bad.

Hotel is only 3 years old. Everyone was pleasant. Real close to other restaurants. But the restaurant on property was fantastic

Everything was so amazing!! Best beaches and pools i’ve ever seen. The only thing I would suggest others is to book restaurants reservations in advance

The staff at the Island House was friendly, helpful and competent. Island House property, rooms and facilities were immaculate. Impressed with the gym, fitness classes, spa, on-site restaurants and access to the Old Fort Beach club.
