「My 1st visit to Kalopsia and it did not disappoint. Arrived by private Charter and pulled right up to the floating dock with our host waving her arms welcoming us...it was awesome! The host and team loaded our luggage al placed them in the Villa, met us in the Villa for a tour and great information i needed to hear. Villa was spotless with insane views, well appointed, brand new mind you, easy to get around the grounds, reverse Osmosis water」

「Little Fern Cottage is even better than advertised! The host was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We were given a welcome packet that had the ferry schedule, golf cart rental companies, etc. everything to make our stay on Elbow seamless. Location is a short walk or golf cart ride to everything you want to explore. We will be booking again soon. 」

「Wow!!! We knew we were in for a treat when we booked this place but it exceeded every expectation. It could not have been more perfect for what we were looking for. Pretty much has its own private beach on the very secluded north end of town and only a couple minute walk to the public/ ferry dock. The sun sets right in the back yard and is phenomenal. They had plenty of ocean toys i.e paddle boards, kayaks, floats, etc that were great to use right in the back yard. As for the house itself, it...

「This is beautiful property on a quiet stretch of beach. It has has a well appointed kitchen and is walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Josette, the property manager, made sure we had everything we needed. The bunk room had very comfortable beds, and additional rooms could be rented if more space was needed. The property is very well laid out and affords privacy to all guest rooms. Highly recommend!!」

「The house was absolutely fantastic, it was super spacious and very clean when we arrived. There was a breathtaking view of the Ocean from the top balcony that we enjoyed nightly watching the sun go down. All the beds were very comfortable and Joanne took amazing care of us. She helped us with our bags and other essentials immediately, ice, soap snorkel gear and more. She easily saved us a full day of headache trying to locate a place for our boat near the property. 「All I can say is wow! The house was clean and spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Drinking coffee overlooking the ocean from the top deck and watching the sunset was my absolute favorite activity. The owner Doug was very helpful and we were blown away at the hospitality we received from Joanne and her crew. Joanne helped us coordinate our golf carts, boat parking, brought us towels and other very needed items. This easily saved us a full day of trial & error as first timers on the island....
